Academic planning and budgeting my study time has drastically reduced my stress and helped me to manage more with my limited time. I highly suggest using a weekly calendar so you can be detailed about what you are going to study each day and how you are going to manage your personal responsibilities like medical appointments, chores and even laundry days!
